The Perth Convention Centre will transform into a gin lover’s paradise as distillers from across Australia gather to tantalise your taste buds. Featuring all your beloved gin classics and introducing some new award-winning Australian gins across classic, dry, matured, sloe, flavoured, and fortified categories, each tasting session will challenge your palate in the best way possible.

Meet Billy Stitch Distillery part of the Perth gin scene, crafting unique and delicious gins that celebrate the flavours and culture of the beautiful city. Whether you’re a fan of classic London dry styles or looking to explore new and exciting flavours, they’ve got something for every gin lover!

Don’t forget to check out their Dry Gin; winning 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition – Double Gold. Billy Stitch’s Dry Gin is bottled at 50% ABV to concentrate the flavour. This is a juniper-forward traditional Gin with a pepper finish.

Pick up a bottle of their award-winning Distiller’s Release Gin. Made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water, and a unique blend of Tasmanian-grown and internationally sourced botanicals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your ticket grants you entry to the tasting session specified on your ticket and includes a tote bag for take-home purchases. All distillers will be running tastings throughout the session, which is included in your ticket price.

There is no limit to the amount of gins you can sample however we highly suggest that you pace yourself over the 3 hour session. The distillers will pour a small sample of gin into your tasting glass and you can either add your own Long Rays mixer or sample it neat. There will also be a spittoon at each stand should you wish to mouth sample only.

Drunken and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and at our discretion anyone deemed to be intoxicated will be escorted from the venue.

If you have lost or are having trouble finding your ticket, go to Eventbrite and login with your email address and password. You will be able to resend your ticket/s to your email address or print them out from your account. Please contact hello@ginevents.com.au if you are still having issues.

Yes, you can give your ticket to whoever you like. There is no need to change the name on the ticket. You will not be refused entry if you are not the person named on the ticket however they will still be required to check in with the ticket.

All attendees must be 18 years or older and must have a ticket for the event.

Your ticket will include the start time and duration of your tasting session. This information is also available on Eventbrite. If you are late, you will not be allowed to stay for the following session. Please note that final samples will be served 15 minutes prior to the end of the session to give you time to finish your drinks, finalise your purchases, and make your way to the exit.

Yes! You may buy bottles of gin from the distillers to enjoy at home.

Coffee, water, tonic and soda are included in the ticket and will be available during the tasting sessions.

Card is preferred for purchases at the event, and some of our events are completely cashless. All distillers and food vendors will accept EFTPOS payments.

Yes, our events are wheelchair accessible. Events taking place in multi-level buildings will have lifts available if needed.

Given that this is a licensed event, we do recommend utilising public transport to get to the venue and to get home. Some venues will have parking available. Please check the websites of our venue partners for further details, availability and cost.

Refunds are only issued if you request a refund 30 days prior to the event or if the event is cancelled. If you can no longer attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another person. Tickets are fully transferable for the same session on the scheduled day. To request a refund go to your Eventbrite accounts dashboard to request a refund.

Some people change their mind and cancel their refund request so all refund requests are actioned approximately five weeks prior to the festival date.
