Distillery Discoveries & Familiar Faces
Featuring a distillery discovery and one of our familiar faces at the Perth Gin & Food Festival this year.
Distillery Discovery
Damaged Goods Distilling Co.Damaged Goods Distilling Co.
Damaged Goods Distilling Co. produce high quality spirits made with unwanted produce.
65 per cent of food is wasted in the hospitality industry, sobering stuff, hey. But unlike others, they don’t see imperfect ingredients as rubbish: they see them as a lost opportunity for flavour and better taste. So, they partner with food brands to rescue what they no longer need, and and put it to good use. Each of their spirits has a special story of transformation… your enjoyment is the final chapter.
Familiar Face
Prohibition Liquor Co.Prohibition Liquor Co.
Welcome back to the familiar faces of Prohibition Liquor Co. With the introduction of prohibition in the 1920s, a shadowy, underground industry was born. Gin was the liquor of choice, Produced by clandestine bootleggers. One hundred years later, their spirit lives on at Prohibition Liquor Co.
It’s never too early to get festive with their Christmas Gin 2024: a delightfully bright & decadent expression of their most festive spirit. Lashings of figs from the Adelaide Hills are elevated with cherries & late-harvest Chardonnay grapes.
