Distillery Discoveries & Familiar Faces

Featuring a distillery discovery and one of our familiar faces at the Adelaide Gin Festival this year.

Distillery Discovery

Mc Henry Distillery

Mc Henry Distillery

Introducing… McHenry Distillery. Its family heritage makes it the southernmost family-run distillery in the world.  The property also has its own abundant pure spring water which becomes the heart of the developing spirit.

Handcrafted in Tasmania, try the McHenry Butterfly Gin featuring the Butterfly Pea Flower, a natural botanical that results in a spectacular transformation from deep Asiatic blue to an alluring pink with the addition of tonic water.

Familiar Face

Naught Distilling

Naught Distilling

Bringing back the familiar faces of Naught Gin. Drawing inspiration from the early twentieth-century colloquial term ‘Naught’, meaning “lost, ruined, wicked”. It began by sourcing the best botanicals from around the world to provide the best quality gin you can buy.

Naught Australian Dry Gin, mischievous yet completely approachable, it’s a drink for those who choose to be unconventional. Champion trophy winner for Australia’s Best Contemporary Gin 2021 and Best Victorian Gin, Naught has a reputation for being one of Australia’s best gin distilleries.
