RED HEN Masterclass

with Anthony Vallelonga

Red Hen Spirits is a family-owned distillery located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. Founded by the Vallelonga brothers, Michael, Daniel, Anthony, and their lifelong friend Luke Page, their story began with a simple goal – to create a spirit that would bring loved ones together. Inspired by their grandfathers’ passion for winemaking, they set out to honour the strong family connections that were formed through that. With a focus on using the finest ingredients and traditional botanicals.

At Red Hen Spirits they believe that the art of distillation is about more than just creating a product, it’s about creating a connection. That’s why they are dedicated to producing spirits that are not only delicious but also evoke a sense of family, heritage, and tradition.

In this Masterclass Anthony will entertain and enlighten you on the story behind the brand and what it takes to make award winning small batch gins while you enjoy tastings of their Classic Dry, ‘The Sicilian’ Olive Twig Gin, Ultra Violet Gin and ‘Ruby Tuesday’ Strawberry Gin matched with Long Rays mixers.

You could win a bottle of gin to take home!
